The product development starts from the study of the style to get to the development of the model, the development of the prototype and the realization of the sample. Each phase of the work is managed in such a way as to create a continuous flow of information between the stylist and the style department in order to have all the changes made under control until the final prototype is approved.

Ideas, research, development: from concept to prototype. Developing the designer idea till the realization of the prototype and its further finalization from fitting, set up of all components, construction and details till the make of the final garment for the catwalk.
Elaborate the idea suggested by the stylist up to the realization of the prototype, object of further studies and developments: from the fitting to the control of the accessories and of every detail up to the making of the final garment, destined for the catwalk.
Samples manufacture is done on the basis of detailed indication listed in the prototype technical sheet which is provided by the company’s internal paper pattern makers team and subject to a strict quality control.

Giuntini is able to manufacture with the same quality standard garment and evening dress, cashmere and chiffon, fine leathers and lace, always creating the right balance.
The best quality is versatility: the ability to give life to fluid and impalpable fabrics, creating airy volumes, adopting skilful cuts to give body to structured fabrics, in an infinite game of shapes.
